This review is coming from my personal account, but I use Lance Roofing at the apartment complex that I manage. They were already a vendor before I became the manager, but since 2021 when I took over, they have been nothing short of great for me and my needs as a property manager. Jan, Mandy, and Scott are always on it, as I’m sure the rest of the team is, too! I’ve had many vendors try to come in and sell us on their work, and many managers or coworkers tell me “try my vendor out”, but Lance Roofing isn’t going anywhere. They’ll have to fire me as a customer before I ever thought of replacing them with another company! lol
