I was referred to Lance Roofing & Siding a couple of years ago by Servicemaster. A few Hardie board siding needed replacement on a bottom part of wall. I went through four different roofing and siding companies who quoted me really outrageous prices. One of them even told me that the entire house needed a new siding! They quoted me anywhere between $5,000 to more than $100,000! I won’t disclose the names of these roofing companies because I don’t want a lawsuit for libel. Anyway, Scott from Lance Roofing came out and gave me an estimate which was much more reasonable! It was much less than $5,000. Since then I’ve used Lance Roofing for other projects. By far, they are the most trustworthy roofing company that I ever dealt with. They do quality work at a very reasonable price. I wish I could give them six stars instead of five.

We had 2 side by side houses with storm damage. Lance came out for inspections on the day we called. They made temporary repairs and were able to schedule the roof repairs and roof replacements within a couple of weeks. The crews were amazing and completed all the work within 2 full days. Lance was easy to work with and we’re so happy with our beautiful new roofs. Thank you Lance Roofing!
